Dr. Mayank Tiwari is an Assistant Professor of Law at National Law University, Odisha. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has done his Ph.D. on “Protection of Shareholders’ Interest and the Law: An Analytical Study” from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Patiala. Having the experience of industry as a Company Secretary in listed company, he joined the academics in 2013. Before joining NLUO, he worked with Guru Nanak Dev University Regional Campus, Jalandhar. He has also completed three fully sponsored projects.
